For this project, we provided comprehensive engineering and regulatory support services to secure the final SPC approval for construction of the gasoil and LPG facilities.
Our scope of work included the preparation of complete engineering documentation packages required by the SPC, covering all technical, safety, and compliance aspects of the project. This ensured that the design met applicable international standards, local regulations, and best industry practices.
We developed and submitted detailed design support and verification reports for the gasoil and LPG process systems, including system design validation, operating parameters, safety philosophy, and risk mitigation measures. These reports confirmed the integrity, operability, and safety of the fuel handling and storage systems.
In addition, we delivered engineering design reports for the firefighting and fire protection systems, covering fire risk assessment, system sizing, hydraulic calculations, equipment selection, and integration with process safety systems. The firefighting design was fully coordinated with the gasoil and LPG process facilities to ensure effective emergency response and regulatory compliance.
All submitted documents and reports were prepared to align with SPC technical requirements, enabling smooth review, approval, and readiness for construction execution.
